Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This policy covers Google data processed by the JobFit n8n Automation OAuth connection.
1. Scope and operator
This policy explains how APAR Ops handles Google user data accessed by the JobFit n8n Automation integration. The integration is designed for private, authorized workflows rather than public self-service signup.
APAR Ops is the operator of this integration. Questions about connected data and requests concerning this integration may be directed to the contact address below.
2. Google user data that may be accessed
Depending on the Google permissions the account owner approves and the workflows configured, the integration may access Google account identifiers, spreadsheet contents and metadata in Google Sheets, and file contents and metadata in Google Drive.
If other Google services are independently connected in the same automation environment, only the data permitted by their separately granted authorizations and active workflows is accessed. The integration does not obtain unrestricted access merely because this informational page is visited.
3. Why and how data is used
Authorized Google data is used to run owner-configured automations, including extracting or organizing workflow inputs, updating tracking records, maintaining reporting sheets, and retrieving or filing supporting documents.
The integration does not use Google user data to serve personalized advertising or sell Google user data.
4. Processing and service providers
Google continues to host data held in Google services. Authorized workflow data may also be processed in the configured n8n environment and stored in workflow outputs such as private Google Sheets or Drive files.
Some workflows may include operator-configured third-party processing services, including AI-assisted extraction or classification, where explicitly enabled for the task. Only data needed for that workflow should be sent to those services. Such processing is governed by the applicable provider terms and the operator's configuration.
OAuth credentials and tokens are managed within the automation credential configuration, rather than intentionally published on this website.
5. Sharing and access
Google user data is accessed by the authorized operator and the services required to execute configured workflows. It is not intentionally published through this public informational page.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or to respond to a legitimate security concern. Workflow configuration and permissions determine which connected services can receive data.
6. Retention, revocation, and deletion
Data may remain in connected Google files, workflow execution history, and configured output systems for the periods applicable to those systems and the operator's workflow settings. No single fixed retention period applies across all configured workflows.
The Google account owner may revoke access at any time in their Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops new authorized API access but does not automatically delete copies already written to permitted output systems.
To request review or deletion of integration-managed copies, contact APAR Ops using the address below. Any deletion request is subject to applicable legal retention requirements and records kept independently by third-party services.
7. Security
Access to workflow administration and connected credentials is intended to be restricted to authorized operators. No online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Changes
This policy may change as authorized workflows, Google permissions, service providers, or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
